We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method for all orders. You will be required to make the payment in cash upon receiving your order.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat rate for shipping based on your location:

  • Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT
  • Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT

These charges will be added to your order total during the checkout process.

Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: Orders within Dhaka are typically delivered within 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Outside Dhaka: For orders outside Dhaka, delivery may take 3-5 business days depending on the delivery location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, public holidays, or natural events.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after you place your order. You will receive a confirmation call or message from us before we dispatch your order. Please ensure that your contact details are correct to avoid any delays.

Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery, our courier partner will contact you to arrange the cash-on-delivery payment. Please ensure you are available at the provided address during the expected delivery window.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If you are not available to receive the order at the specified address, our courier partner may attempt delivery again or contact you to arrange a suitable time. If the delivery attempt fails multiple times, your order may be returned to us, and you will need to contact us to arrange a re-delivery.
